Focuses on lead generation through digital marketing channels. Drives demand generation across multiple channels including paid search, display, email, and paid/earned social.

Responsibilities

Grows lead generation across digital marketing channels including SEO/SEM, blogs, display ads, email, social media, and owned web assets. 20%
• Collaborates with management to develop strategic plans and sets measurable goals for demand generation channels for a suite of product solutions. 15%
• Collaborates with management to create effective product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans. 15%
• Creates value-driven content for blogs, webinars, emails, and web pages. 15%
• Manages sub-brand's social media pages. 10%
• Collaborates with the Sales team to create effective sales enablement content. 5%
• Leverages customer feedback to inform service enhancements, refine customer segmentation, and improve marketing strategies5%
• Works with the IT/Innovation team to build and maintain marketing analytics dashboards and reporting procedures focusing on digital channels, campaign performance, and return on investment. 5%
• Partners with the marketing communications team to enhance website content and product collateral. 5%
• Manages marketing campaigns and oversees projects collaboratively across internal and external teams. 5%

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or related field. Required

4-6 years of experience in product marketing, managing and implementing digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels. Required

 

Knowledge & Skills
Proven track record in delivering B2B lead generation through both inbound and outbound marketing channels. Required
Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar digital marketing and analytics tools. Required
Experience with HubSpot marketing automation or similar platform. Required
Ability to provide data-backed insights and recommendations to expedite marketing decision-making and enhance ROI. Preferred
Project management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize projects in a team environment. Required
Analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Required
Innovative mindset with a focus on problem-solving, testing new ideas, and continuous learning. Required
Effective writing skills. Required
Experience in legal or professional services. Plus
