Provides case commencement and professional services and administrative support to clients. Implements the effectiveness and best practices of Arbitration Case Management.

• Maintains client relations, supports business development, and manages arbitration case files.
• Coordinates and schedules pre-commencement preparation calls to ensure client needs are met.
• Communicates and meets with the Arbitration Practice Manager to discuss case issues.
• Provides consistent and timely pass-off experiences to local Case Managers and partners with Finance on billing matters.
• Manages the arbitration administration from receipt of demand through appointment and pass-off including assisting with any/all issues that arise before an arbitrator is appointed.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Management, or related field. Preferred
• 2-4 years of working in case management. Required
• 2-4 years of working in legal and client service role. Plus
• 1-3 years For internal candidates, proven ability as a Case Coordinator, or similar position. Required
• Proficiency in all ADR processes and procedures. (Required proficiency)
• Knowledge of Panelists’ practice preferences in the local Resolution Center (RC). (Plus proficiency)
• Computer literate and proficient in all software programs required for the position. (Required proficiency)
