Manages the onboarding and launch of all new panelists nationally and globally. Oversees all elements of the Panelist launch and onboarding process. Leads other Panelist recruitment projects working closely with the SVP, Corporate Development, and Panel Relations; works closely with the Director, Brand Marketing and collaborates with various members of the Marketing and Practice Development teams.

Responsibilities

What you will do

  • Manages multichannel marketing campaigns for all Panelist launches. Oversees projects including determining priorities, managing timelines, and monitoring progress through collaboration tools.
  • Develops new Panelist bios and leads the various onboarding meetings. Develops recruitment materials for Panelists.
  • Manages and oversees photography for all neutrals firm-wide.
  • Develops social media profiles for all new Panelists and trains them on how to use them.
  • Manages outside resources such as data entry support, photographer, and graphic designers' work on presentations and Panelist launch and recruitment materials.
  • Manages the overall approval process which includes legal compliance for all onboarding marketing materials and ensures adherence to brand and writing guidelines.
  • Governs the implementation of new Panelists' contact lists into the company database including overseeing the creation of targeted lists.
  • Provides project management support to SMT members and Marketing Department leadership; develops and manages the Panelist onboarding section of the internal portal. Researches Panelists and judges coming off the bench.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline. Preferred
  • 7-9 years of working in marketing or, project management, advertising or business development Required
  • 4-6 years For internal candidates: proven ability and good performance as a JAMS Marketing and Business Development associate. Required
  • 4-6 years of working within the legal or other professional service industry. Plus
  • Interpersonal and communication skills. (Required proficiency)
  • Ability to work with managers, co-workers, and Panelists, sharing critical information to accomplish objectives. (Required proficiency)
  • Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices, as well as Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.). (Required proficiency)
  • Familiarity with the marketing campaign process, and marketing team roles and responsibilities. (Required proficiency)
  • Experience in project management and collaboration tools such as Monday.com or similar programs. (Required proficiency)
  • Writing and editing capabilities and familiarity with AP style. (Required proficiency)
