A Brief Overview
Manages small-to-midsized construction and renovation projects, including their respective budgets and deadlines, in addition to the maintenance of facilities in the Continental U.S. Oversees databases and insurance processes. Partners with JAMS local managers about their facility needs to ensure all offices are of the highest quality to meet clients, neutrals, and associates' expectations while maintaining company standards and providing training as necessary.
What you will do
Communicates with clients regarding JAMS services, policies and procedures.
Addresses and resolves facility and/or client service issues for management and neutrals.
Manages team performance through regular, timely feedback as well as the formal performance review process to ensure delivery of exceptional services and engagement, motivation, and team development. Leads, coaches, and develops team.
Other duties as assigned within similar scope.
